About Contrera Cabinets LLC
Contrera Cabinets is a cabinet shop in Lehigh Acres run by Mariano Contrera, who has been working with wood for more than 20 years.
The short version: wood, work and word of mouth
Mariano Contrera spent most of his career in Miami, building cabinets and doing carpentry for more than twenty years. He puts it simply: he cuts wood, and he leaves the rest to people who specialize in it. That attitude shows in how he works. He would rather get a measurement right than talk about it.
A few years ago he moved to Lehigh Acres, and he has been growing Contrera Cabinets here since. The business runs on referrals. Customers who were happy with a job told someone else, and that has kept the work coming without a big advertising budget.
Today the company has a small crew, three trucks and a van, and the same approach it has always had: measure carefully, build it right and be straightforward about price and timing.
- More than 20 years in cabinet making and carpentry.
- Owner-operated. Mariano is the person you deal with, from first call to final walkthrough.
- Based in Lehigh Acres, working across Lee County.
- Trucks and crew for installations, deliveries and moves.
Who is behind the company
Contrera Cabinets LLC is owned and operated by Mariano Contrera, who handles estimates, plans and customer calls and works on the jobs himself. His wife serves as the company's president and is registered in that role with the state, as many customers like to check.
Mariano also draws his own plans on the computer. That means the person who designs your cabinets is the person who builds them, and that is a big part of why the finished work matches what you were shown.

What we stand for
We do not have a list of marketing promises. What we have is a way of working that customers have recommended to others:
- Measure first. Cabinets are built from measurements taken in your home, not assumptions.
- Say what it involves. You hear what will affect the price and the schedule before the work begins.
- Do the work well. Mariano would rather be known for quality than for being the cheapest bid.
- Pick up the phone. You can call or text (305) 609-8945 and reach the person responsible for your job.
